Document Module Bulk Actions in MyVCM
Bulk Add Users:
- In the Manage Documents tab (Admins only) of the Documents module, select the documents that you would like to:
- Change the owner of
- Add custodians to and/or
- Add consumers to
- Click the
in the upper right-hand corner and choose either ‘Change Owner’, ‘Add Custodians’ or ‘Add Consumers’ depending on your intended action.
Bulk Publish Documents:
- In the Manage Documents tab (Admins only) of the Documents module, make sure that the ‘Show Drafts’ toggle is turned to ON.
- Select the documents that you intend to publish.
- Click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner and choose ‘Publish Selected’.
- Check the box to confirm that you intend to publish these documents and enter in your initials.
- Click submit to complete.
Bulk Add Tags to Documents:
- In the Manage Documents tab (Admins only) of the Documents module, select the documents that you would like to add new tags too.
- Click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner and choose ‘Add Tags’.
- Enter or search for tags by typing in the 'Enter Tags’ box.
- Enter your initials to confirm, and click submit to complete this action.
Bulk Delete a Tag:
- In the Manage Documents tab (Admins only) of the Documents module, select the documents that you would like to remove a tag from.
- In the top middle of the page, locate the Filter [Add a tag] box and type in the tag that you would like to remove from the selected group of documents.
- Click ‘Delete tag from selected’ to complete.
