Configuring Single Sign-On for MyVCM using OAuth (Google or Office365/Azure Active Directory)

MyVCM supports using Google & Microsoft APIs using the OAuth 2.0 protocol for authentication and authorization.

Here are the steps to configure OAuth in your MyVCM environment: 

1. Login to your MyVCM instance
2. Select the Administrative Menu (the 3 bars in the right-hand side of any MyVCM screen) then select, System Settings
3. Click the edit icon next to Single Sign-On (SSO) to enter the SSO menu.
4. Toggle Single Sign On to On

5. Choose your cloud-based email provider from Google or Microsoft
6. Select OAuth under ‘SSO Protocol’
7. Provide ‘Domain Hint URL’. This field is optional. Leave blank, if unknown.
8. Click Save to complete
