The following features are now available as part of the latest MyVCM 2.11 release:
Updated Tickets User Interface
You can now:
- Clone tickets
- Have multiple attachments (the previous limit of 10 has been removed)
- Raise a ticket against any module, including assets, audits, and collections
- Use a new approval process
- Perform bulk action tasks
- Use grids to filter and sort your tickets for easier ticket management
Revamped Home Page
- Your home page has been redesigned to highlight important events, actions and achievements.
- You can now see you daily, weekly and monthly actions in one calendar view.
- The ‘My Organization’ tab shows a snapshot of actions, and includes your company’s achievements the past 12 months.
Quick Add Button
- We have built in a ‘quick add’ button on the top navigation bar. You no longer need to go to the left hand navigation when opening any new activity. The button will open a new tab so you don’t have to stop what you are currently working on.
