When a user leaves your organization and will no longer need access to their MyVCM account you may wish to delete the user to free up a license for them.
How to delete a user:
- Click on the three bars menu located in the right-hand corner of the MyVCM navigation menu and click on Users
- Select the user you would like to delete by selecting their name
NOTE: You may only delete ONE user at a time.
- Inside of the users profile, click on the gear icon, and select ‘Delete’
- Confirm the deletion of the user by clicking the blue ‘Yes’ button to confirm.
- If the user has items in their name that need to be reassigned to another user, designate them, and click ‘Next’ to complete
- Select ‘Delete’ in the bottom right-hand corner to confirm removing the user.
