Forwarding a MyVCM ticket to JIRA or other ticketing systems

To forwarding a ticket outside of MyVCM to another ticketing system use the “Forward Ticket” option, from the Gear Icon menu located inside any MyVCM ticket.
This will capture all the details required for the ticket so that you can send it to another ticketing system.
