Step 1: Select the "Assessments" module.
Step 2: Any new quote submission will appear in "Pending Actions". The status of a new quote submission will read "Pending". Find the submission and select either the title or the green icon to the left of the title to access the submission and take action.
Step 3: Review information of the Company that submitted the quote.
Step 4: Once all company information has been reviewed, either accept the terms of the audit by selecting the "Accept Audit Terms" button, or reject the terms of the audit by selecting "Reject with Note." If you choose to Reject with Note, you will be required to add a note that will be sent back to the requester. This will provide an opportunity for you to explain why the audit terms have been rejected as well as any changes that need to be made on the requester's end in order for the audit terms to be accepted.
